Hyderabad Launches 4 New TGSRTC Bus Services Between Abdullapurmet and Kachiguda Railway Station

In an effort to enhance public transportation within Hyderabad, the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) Greater Hyderabad Zone has announced the launch of four new bus services connecting Abdullapurmet and Kachiguda Railway Station. The new bus routes, which will commence on Friday, August 9, aim to provide greater convenience to daily commuters traveling between these areas.

The new bus services will operate with a frequency of 30 minutes, ensuring that passengers have consistent and reliable access to transportation throughout the day. The decision to introduce these services is part of the TGSRTC’s broader strategy to improve connectivity across the city, especially for those residing in the outskirts of Hyderabad.

Route Details and Schedule

The buses will follow a specific route, making multiple stops to accommodate passengers along the way. Starting from Kachiguda Railway Station, the buses will pass through significant landmarks including Jail Garden, Superbazaar, Dilsukhnagar, Dwarakanagar, LB Nagar X Road, Panama, Bhagyalatha, Hayathnagar, LR Palam, and Pedda Amberpet, before reaching Abdullapurmet.

For the return journey, the buses will follow the same route in reverse, ensuring that residents of Abdullapurmet and nearby areas have seamless access to Kachiguda Railway Station. This route has been carefully selected to serve a wide range of passengers, from daily commuters to those traveling for personal reasons, and to cater to the growing transportation needs of the region.

The bus service from Kachiguda Railway Station will begin early in the morning, with the first bus departing at 6:10 am. The last bus on this route will leave at 8:40 pm, giving passengers ample time to complete their travel throughout the day. From Abdullapurmet, the first bus towards Kachiguda will start at 7:20 am, and the final bus will be available at 9:50 pm. The half-hourly frequency ensures that passengers can plan their journeys with minimal waiting time.

Enhancing Connectivity and Accessibility

The introduction of these new bus services is expected to significantly improve the connectivity between Abdullapurmet and Kachiguda, two important areas in Hyderabad. Kachiguda Railway Station is one of the key transportation hubs in the city, connecting Hyderabad to various other cities and towns across India. By linking Abdullapurmet directly to this station, the TGSRTC is addressing the demand for better public transport options for residents in this rapidly growing region.

This initiative is particularly important for those who rely on public transportation for their daily commute. With more frequent bus services, passengers can avoid the inconvenience of long waits, and the fixed schedule allows them to plan their day more effectively. The service is also expected to reduce traffic congestion on this route, as more people may opt for public transport over private vehicles.

The TGSRTC has been making continuous efforts to expand and improve its services in Hyderabad. This latest addition is a reflection of the corporation’s commitment to meeting the needs of the city’s residents and enhancing the overall public transportation infrastructure. The introduction of these new buses is likely to have a positive impact on the daily lives of commuters, offering them a more comfortable and reliable means of travel.

Looking Ahead

As Hyderabad continues to grow and expand, the need for efficient and accessible public transportation becomes increasingly critical. The launch of these four new buses is just one of the many steps that the TGSRTC is taking to keep pace with the city’s development.

Future plans may include additional services and route expansions to other parts of the city, further improving the public transportation network. For now, the residents of Abdullapurmet and Kachiguda can look forward to a more convenient and dependable bus service, starting from August 9.
