
Hyderabad Water Board inspection
Hyderabad: HMWS&SB Managing Director Ashok Reddy inspected the customer care center on Monday, reviewing user calls and responses to their grievances. During his visit, he interacted with customers and directed officials to make field-level visits to address issues more effectively.
According to a press release, a total of 5,514 feedback calls were taken. Among these, 3% of users expressed dissatisfaction with the services offered by the Water Board, while about 14% reported that their problems had been marked as solved without actually being attended to.
The majority of complaints received pertained to sewage overflow, silt on the road, manholes, irregular water supply, and low pressure. In June, the Water Board received a total of 75,555 complaints, of which 75,496 were resolved
