Mahavir Hospital Renovated Cardiology Wing
Mahavir Hospital and Research Centre, located in Masab Tank, has officially launched its newly renovated cardiology wing, thanks to generous donations from philanthropists. The upgraded facility was inaugurated by Dr. B. Bhaskar Rao, CMD of KIMS Group of Hospitals, who commended the hospital’s ongoing efforts in providing quality cardiac care.
Dr. Bhaskar Rao announced that, for the initial few months, cardiology tests, including angiograms, will be offered at Rs. 10,000, and angioplasty services at Rs. 2 lakh. This initiative aims to make advanced cardiac care more accessible to patients.
The renovation was funded by several notable donors including Sanskruti Shikar and Sanskruti, Pushpa Rajendra Vinod Kumar, Vikram Kumar Kimtee and family, Premraj, Panibai, Indira Devi, and the Gugaliya family. On the inauguration day, the Bhagwan Mahavir Memorial Trust, which oversees the hospital, honored Dr. Bhaskar Rao and all the contributors for their invaluable support.
The event was attended by B. Balakrishna, IRS, Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemptions), Amit Kumar, Assistant Commissioner Income Tax (TDS), Mahendra Ranka, Chairman of Bhagwan Mahavir Memorial Trust, and other distinguished guests.
