Formation of Joint Teams and Round-the-Clock Monitoring

These teams will be tasked with maintaining vigilance and ensuring rapid response to any emerging threats. Additionally, control rooms set up within district collectorates have been instructed to operate 24/7 to monitor the situation and provide real-time updates.

Coordination Between District Collectors and Police

Telangana Director General of Police (DGP) Jitender announced that superintendents of police in the affected districts have been directed to work in close coordination with district collectors to address the anticipated challenges posed by the heavy rains. Emergency response equipment, including cranes, will be kept on standby to address potential emergencies such as road blockages or accidents caused by the adverse weather.
